About Navinga

Greetings Everyone!

My name is Navinga Stewart, I’m a 22-year-old self-taught artist with roots in both the lush green mountains of Vermont and the vibrant beauty of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Growing up as the oldest of three, I often found myself carving out space to dream, create, and express myself through art. It started when I was young, just doodling for fun. Over time, art became my way of processing the world and connecting with others. I’ve always been drawn to experimenting with different mediums. Whether it’s oils, acrylics, woodburning, bleach painting clothing or even designing custom press-on nails. I approach every piece with curiosity and a desire to perfect something new. My style is constantly evolving, and I let inspiration come from everywhere including nature, personal emotions, music, memories, or just a random thought I can’t shake. Art, for me, is deeply personal. Every creation holds a piece of my story, but I also hope others can see parts of themselves in it too. I like blending the real with the imagined, mixing textures, colors, and ideas in ways that feel fresh but honest. It’s not just about making something beautiful; it’s about making something that feels alive.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if needed!

Thank you beyond measure!
